Cardiometrics is a full body workout that is based on muscle memory and body control! There are three rounds per progression; the first round is fundamental movement that engages the targeted muscle group. The second and third rounds build upon the basic movements and grow in intensity, leading to a phenomenal workout and adrenaline rush.
We use the HIIT training method to increase the heart rate, build stamina and challenge ourselves to venture out of our comfort zones!
